All sales are final once a product has been purchase or once the product or service has been used, where the term "used" means:
For all software, the product are "used" once a permanent license has been issued which means the product has been paid. Free 21-day demo licenses "sometimes with limited features" are available prior to purchase.No refund could be made once a permanent license has been issued
